We're searching for aData Analyst II. This person will collaborate directly with our Director of Analytics, as well as cross-functional teams to shape our analytics strategy. Our objective is to become a data-driven organization, which means you will have ample opportunities to tackle challenging questions. We are seeking an analytical powerhouse who will drive the success of our growing business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Analytics Tool Maintenance and Ownership**:

- Acquire, cleanse, and organize large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Maintain, improve, and take command of our analytics tool, Looker.
- Cultivate a strong belief in the value of data as a competitive advantage.

**Data Analysis and Storytelling**
- Produce necessary data for analysis using SQL and other programming languages.
- Develop analyses and dashboards that effectively communicate key business trends, identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Distribute regular reporting to a diverse audience.
- Manage incoming ad-hoc analytics requests on a regular basis.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Collaborate with business partners across the organization to understand analytical needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Participate in and lead meetings with partner teams, sharing findings and proactively identifying areas of opportunity.
- Collaborate with the executive team to understand weekly, monthly, and quarterly business performance.

Qualifications:

- 3 or more years of experience in Data Analysis or Data Science; prior experience with marketing and/or paid media is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, demonstrating the ability to perform complex data manipulation and analysis tasks such as multi-table joins, subqueries, window functions, and CTEs.
- Experience building data visualizations using tools such as Looker, to effectively communicate insights visually to tell a story with data.
- Prior experience with ETL tools such as dbt is a plus; showcasing your ability to create and maintain efficient data manipulation models using dbt cloud.
- A passion for leveraging technology to execute cutting-edge reporting and analysis, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
- Innately curious with a strong desire to uncover insights through deep dives into data and proactively seek answers to complex questions.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings and actionable insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment
- Flexible and adaptable, able to navigate and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
