**A Day in the Life**

**As a Supply Chain Planner, you will support the Global Supply chain and operations ensuring we have the right product at the right place at the right time globally.**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Conducts strategic supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment.
- Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies and networks that support of business goals.
- Conducts strategic supply chain analysis to foster a continuous improvement environment.
- Partner with Global and Regional Demand Planners to understand market intel & demand shaping.
- May partner with global/regional finance and marketing to enhance the forecast.
- Gather intel regarding market behaviors, growth, specific tenders, PIPO and SKU rationalization programs to shape the statistical forecast and/or understand consensus forecasts.
- Build a product knowledge to input learnings on our analysis.
- Establish targets based on segmentation, forecastability, bias reduction, and intel-add opportunities & monitor progress.
- Identify forecast improvement areas and develop plans to achieve KPI metrics.
- Monitor and maintain Product Master Data in the planning system to ensure data quality for KPI'S calculations.
- Identifies and recommends opportunities for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities of the supply chain.
- Develops and implement models, strategies, and processes to optimize the supply chain function.
- Conducts and/or manages strategic supply chain analysis.
- Develops plans related to volume and demand.
- Develops and implements supply chain designs, models, strategies, and/or processes to improve the business.
- Prepare & Manage statistical forecast for a the 36-month IBP horizon and 5 year Long Range Planning horizon.
- Support the Integrated Forecast / revenue plan by establishing the best possible statistical forecast/baseline.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree required in Industrial Engineering or related.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 1+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical, planning, Excel, Power BI, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English and Spanish communication skills with good articulation of Supply Chain concepts. (B2+)

**Nice to Have**
- Strong knowledge of statistical forecasting and data analytics.
- E xperience with Business and Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Migration, Data Conversion, Data Quality, Data Governance, Data Integration, and Metadata Management Services.
- Experience in Demand, Supply or Distribution Planning.
- Knowledge of Integrated Business Planning.
- Knowledge or certification of SAP, Manugistics, Blue Yonder, Power BI, Lean Six Sigma, APICS are desired.
- High level of integrity and accountability, curiosity and inquisitiveness.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and deliver concise updates to various stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate globally and cross-functionally.
