Global Supply Chain Planner

La persona será responsable de la planificación de demanda y suministro, trabajando con Marketing y Planificación Global para analizar tendencias de ventas, mejorar pronósticos y participar en el proceso de Planificación Empresarial Integrada (IBP), alineando la operación con el plan financiero. También gestionará suministro e inventarios para cumplir objetivos comerciales y financieros, asegurando el logro de KPI y apoyando mejoras continuas en los procesos de planificación.

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar, integrar y proporcionar pronósticos específicos por cuenta o marca para la planificación interna de ventas y operaciones, lo que incluye datos de reabastecimiento, datos de punto de venta, información de promociones de ventas, planes de marketing, capacidad de fabricación y altas/bajas de productos o canales de distribución.
  • Apoyar la mejora de la precisión de los pronósticos de demanda para clientes internos y externos, incluyendo la determinación del algoritmo adecuado para los pronósticos estadísticos.
  • Mantener y gestionar el historial de productos, garantizando pronósticos precisos y la correcta gestión de la demanda promocional. Analizar la información interna de demanda y clasificarla según los patrones de demanda.
  • Alinear la información de ventas y marketing de cada unidad operativa para su uso en los sistemas de pronóstico, trabajando con las organizaciones de ventas, cuentas nacionales, marketing, investigación y desarrollo, y otros grupos relacionados con la planificación y el pronóstico.
  • Impulsar la conciliación de los planes financieros y operativos.
  • Impulsar la mejora y el reporte de KPI para las áreas de Suministro y Servicio del negocio, con la expectativa de cumplir o superar los objetivos establecidos.
  • Identificar oportunidades de optimización de procesos y mejoras de eficiencia dentro de la cadena de suministro, e implementar mejores prácticas e iniciativas de mejora continua.
Requirements

Requisitos indispensables

  • Licenciatura universitaria Ingenieria Industrial y Administrcaion de Empresas (se podría revisar alguna Ingeniería) y un mínimo de 4 años de experiencia relevante.
  • Experiencia en sistemas avanzados de planificación de la cadena de suministro y planificación de la demanda.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para interactuar con la alta dirección.
  • Dominio del inglés a nivel de negocios o superior. avanzado

Deseable

  • Certificación profesional APICS, IBF o similar.
  • MBA.
  • Formación académica con especialización o minor en finanzas.
  • Experiencia en la industria de dispositivos médicos.
  • Certificación Lean o Six Sigma (Green Belt o Black Belt).
