Supply Chain Supervisor – Costa Rica
Ready to make an impact where precision and innovation meet? We're looking for a
Supply Chain Supervisor
to lead our Costa Rica site's supply chain operations and keep our business moving forward. In this role, you'll lead a small but mighty team of
two direct reports
, drive compliance with
Free Trade Zone regulations (PROCOMER)
, and take the lead on smart purchasing and logistics negotiations that deliver real results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire your team, creating an environment where people thrive and perform.
  • Keep us compliant and competitive by managing Free Trade Zone (PROCOMER) regulations.
  • Drive successful supplier and logistics negotiations — securing the right materials, at the right time, at the right cost.
  • Oversee transportation, inventory, and distribution to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Spot opportunities for process improvements that save time, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Partner with colleagues across production, operations, and beyond to make sure we deliver for our customers every time.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Solid experience with Free Trade Zone (PROCOMER) compliance.
  • Proven success in logistics, purchasing, and supplier negotiation.
  • 3+ years of supply chain or manufacturing experience, with some leadership under your belt.
  • ERP know-how (Visual Manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills — bilingual (Spanish/English) is required
