Ecolab is seeking a **Logistics Analyst **to join its International Logistics workstream as the Lead User for SAP. This position is accountable to support the ongoing maintenance and expansion of harmonized processes and systems and their correct local utilization.

**What you Will Do**

1.** Operational**
a. Incident management: Monitor incidents, test of changes resulting from corrected functionality.
b. Change requests:
c. Key contact for end users

2. **Program/Project**
a. User Acceptance Testing execution - when implementation occurs in their respective business area.
b. Training & Communication:
c. Master Data: Understand applicable Master Data, support data cleansing and accuracy as necessary.
d. Security, Compliance and Controls:
3. **Organization**
a. Connects on release with Release Execution Team.

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Customs, Logistics, or related field (may be completing final courses at university).
- 2 years of experience in international Logistics. (SAP environment)
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement, critical thinking, and work well within cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Experience in Project Management.
- Proficient in relevant computer software and tools (particularly MS Excel).

Position Details:

- On site location: Coyol, Alajuela.
