Ecolab is seeking a **Supervisor Accountant II** to join our Finance team. In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the maintenance of the general ledger and for the production of various resultant financial statements.

**What You Will Do**:

- Llead two direct resports
- Participate in the most complex general accounting projects
- Responsible for Costa Rica's accounting
- Responsible for fixed assets throughout Central America
- Responsible for the General Ledger
- Lead internal and fiscal audits activities

**Position Details**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- University degree in Accounting
- CPA certificate, MBA preferred
- 10 years of experience in complex accounting processes in multinational companies; in financial analysis or related, working as part of a team
- 5 years of tax experience
- Ability to use accounting systems such as Oracle, SAP, MFG, JDE
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills (at least B2+)
- Advanced excel level
