**Description**

As a Digital Operations Supervisor at LightForce Orthodontics, you will be an active member of a fast-growing startup at the forefront of digital manufacturing.
The position is responsible for supervising the operation of digital products and services. Lead the operation and the efforts to develop and improve the dynamics through efficient and effective cohesion processes. Implement project strategies and leverage the organization's resources. Review service structure with manager. Manage productivity metrics and deadlines to achieve planned objectives. Select, develop and train staff.
**Responsibilities**
Includes the following but may include other features depending on skills:

- Supervises groups of team leaders and all personnel involved in the digital operation.
- Monitors daily inventory and unit operation overall.
- Daily interaction with team leaders and functional groups (training, QA, SW, Clinic, etc.).
- Daily/Weekly or Monthly Reports with analysis upon request.
- Assure Team KPIs are met.
- Evaluate team metrics with the team leader and create improvement plans together with

the training team.
- Own or initiate action plans, meetings, with any pertaining groups as it may correspond

to the task/project. Keep team leaders aware with these actions.
- Conduct 1:1s with team leaders or jump levels in digital operation.
- Stays up-to-date with our internal processes, policies and procedures.
- Promote company values and desired behaviors.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the tools assigned to your work team.
- Supervises assigned Team Leaders.

**Education and Experience**
- Experience of digital dental industry desired.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration is a plus.

**Required **Qualifications**
- Previous experience as a team leader or supervisor.
- Strong people skills (people manager) and ability to work with cross functions.
- Advanced level of English.
- Comfortable with Change Management and Fast paced environment.
- Advocate of Continuous Improvement.
