We are a dynamic vCFO (virtual Chief Financial Officer) business revolutionizing financial management for businesses. Our innovative approach combines expert financial consulting and virtual services to help clients achieve their financial objectives. As a small and ambitious team, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us and drive our lead generation efforts.
**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Utilize online platforms, particularly Upwork, to identify relevant open requirements and potential clients seeking financial consulting services.
Prospecting: Conduct research to understand client needs, industry trends, and target markets, ensuring efficient lead qualification.
Appointment Setting: Engage in effective communication to schedule appointments between potential clients and the vCFO team, allowing for further discussions and potential deal closure.
CRM Management: Accurately track and maintain lead information, communications, and progress within the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaboration: Collaborate with t hi he vCFO team to share market insights, best practices, and feedback to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as the number of leads generated, appointments set, and conversion rates, to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role, preferably within the financial or consulting industry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and build rapport with potential clients effectively.
Ability to work independently and proactively pursue leads, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals.
Proficiency in using online platforms and CRM systems for lead generation and management.
Knowledge of Financial Services: Basic knowledge of financial consulting services and an understanding of the vCFO business model is desirable
