**Admin and Control Supervisor**
- Full-time based in Costa Rica_

In this role, you will be an important piece in the Finance department by owning the end to end invoicing and transactions tasks related to the Costa Rica and Panama sites. You will oversee the preparation of statements and bills, maintain and/or ensure maintenance of client records related to invoicing and bill payment, and review work of billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies as needed. You will also create and provide a prioritized list of clients to be invoiced to team members, among other responsibilities.

**A snapshot of this opportunity**
- Electronic invoicing enhancements, weekly BSP reconciliation, refunds control, and follow up of CR & PA in conjunction with Operations
- ACMs and ADMs reclass and follow up
- Release transactions with errors
- System charges analysis: Get There, Cliqbook, and Compleat
- Backoffice processes transactions/invoicing, review daily transactions and invoice issues
- Internal control for invoicing, vendor setup for invoicing
- Hotel commissions accrual, control, and analysis (Onyx and TACS)
- Review and execute consolidated invoices for specific clients
- Coordinate correct setup of the systems for tax purposes
- Reporting of country sales template (win/loses), monthly customer sales, and productivity

**How you can set yourself apart**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in reporting, internal controls, and technical accounting knowledge
- Strong business focus acumen, problem solving skills and internal customer focus
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, with competence at presenting in a professional and influential manner
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Motivated with desire to learn and to grow in a fast-paced, challenging environment
- Proven history of working cross functionally as well as the ability to build organizational relationships with customers, peers, and operating partners
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, has good judgement, and prioritizes projects and time effectively
- Excellent skills in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
