The Senior Risk and Control Officer responsible managing projects and able to analyze data and information of the projects being conducted. The projects this role will manage/lead and have oversight will support the Citi Shared Service (CSS) Organization to review the control environment specifically in critical areas of risk and complexity. The role will manage the planning process, ensure timely and clear communication to the team and the stakeholders. Responsible also for creating project plans with monitoring timely completion and reporting on progress and status. **The role includes the following responsibilities**: - Lead program requirements and timeline. - Create standard project plans outlining objectives of the reviews. - Evaluate controls and ensure projects address risk, audit readiness to cover the different areas of CSS. - Perform Deep Dive in Third Party Controls managed by CSS - Able to perform testing of controls as needed and review documents of a process to identify key risks and controls - Evaluate progress of project commitments. Oversee critical deliverables, validate for completeness and ensure that CSS is implementing a sustainable solution. - Communicate and plan with product with stakeholders including R&C Leads and Teams. - Present to Senior CSS Leaders on outcome and progress. - Governance over execution including escalation and reporting as required. - Establish review guidelines and update them as risk changes. - Conduct training for new and/or guest reviewers. - Manage a team of reviewers - Maintain assignment schedule **Qualifications**: - 7 to 10 years broad experience in project management, internal control roles such as internal audit, Risk and Control or Compliance - Advanced English level - Project management experience must include running projects and reporting outcome of projects - Manage indirect global teams remotely - Build a team within the projects and with stakeholders - Knowledgeable of banking policies and processes - Knowledgeable about operations as well as risk programs MCA End User Computing, Information Security, Operational Risk - Strong presentation skills - Communicate complicated issue in a concise and clear manner **Other qualifications preferred**: PM Certification (PMP) Six Sigma - Green Belt C13 - **Job Family Group**: Risk Management - **Job Family**: Operational Risk - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
