If you are a Senior IT Manager looking for an SAP Technical Delivery Manager role and an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you Based in any US location, you will coordinate and oversee the delivery of all technical activities within SAP related to hardware, software, upgrades, security vulnerabilities, and patching. You will be responsible for building and nurturing positive relationships with internal and external partners ensuring timely resolution of issues, achievement of service levels, communication, and continuous improvement of SAP support process.
**AS An SAP TECHNICAL DELIVERY MANAGER YOU WILL**:
- Lead, schedule, and communicate SAP System upgrade, patching, and security vulnerability maintenance planning
- Leader, manager, and change agent for all SAP Landscape architecture initiatives
- Develop and provide relevant, concise reports on key metrics that are both timely and comprehensive for management and stakeholders
- Drive the creation of downtime tracking that meets Emerson’s standard for all SAP Landscapes
- Prepare quarterly reviews covering key performance indicators.
- Recommend and drive continual improvements in the SAP Landscapes and SAP Delivery Service processes
**WHO YOU ARE**:
**REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
- A minimum of 12 years combined experience in IT management and support
- Experience with SAP ECC is a must
- Experienced Project Manager focused on IT projects
- Includes any travel requirements of the job.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- **PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS**:
- Knowledge of EAI concepts, tools, and integration
- Knowledge of Backup and Recovery tools processes and procedures
- Installation, upgrade, and Migration experience
