Your Role
- As a HR Borderless Partner, you will be the day to day point of contact for the Borderless team in matters related to HR and Onboarding. The role will collaborate and communicate significantly with multiple stakeholders including the Borderless Studio Director, Borderless Coordinator and internal/external clients. You like to collaborate and communicate and will have significant interaction with your local Executive Team, Regional HR Director, Regional HR Team, Talent Development, and Talent Acquisition teams. You are a unique blend of strategic thinker, team player, and operational guru.
- What You Will Do
- Track borderless needs and channel them through Talent Acquisition.
- Track performance KPI's and channel them through Talent Development.
- Own Borderless Lab induction and onboarding process.
- Work closely with the Borderless Coordinator for staffing purposes.
- Advise local leadership on people matters related to performance management and employee relations
- Advocate for team members, be a trusted and confidential advisor, and suggest best practices to enhance employee experience and lead industry
- Facilitate effective staffing among staff by leading meetings, creating reports, and proactively circulating available staff
- Maintain HRIS data, perform audits, and create reports
- Support full life cycle of the employee from on-boarding, leave, exit, and retirement
- Assist in developing performance management tools, formalizing succession planning, and proactively developing staff and leadership
- Create and/or roll out talent development and training programs and processes
- Partner with HR team colleagues to create and innovate HR practices
- Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area required
- 8+ years of Human Resources experience
- Working knowledge of employment law and compliance regulations
- Experience working in a Professional Services environment
- Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
- Advanced MS Office proficiency preferred, particularly Excel
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Ability to produce timely deliverables and manage multiple and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently, navigate and maintain productivity in a matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) required
- Ability to persuade and influence leadership on people matters
- Strong customer service orientation, a team player with the ability to establish collaborative working relationships
