We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of People Experience Partner to join our team:
**Location**: Heredia, Costa Rica.
**Work schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
**Work model**: Hybrid.
**Contract Type**: Indefinite-term
The People Experience Partner (PXP) strengthens employee purpose, ignite energy, and elevate organization-wide performance by activating, facilitating, and enhancing moments that matter for our employees. The PXP will activate HR products & services that enrich the lives of our employees while working with Business & HR leaders to facilitate the employee experience by coaching managers on moments that matter throughout an employee’s journey.
What is your day to day?
Help implement JLL's global and regional policies, processes, and tools that support moments that matter across a team member's experience to include: Hiring; Onboarding; Performance Review; Performance Management; Promotion; Etc.
Lead and coordinate major Talent Management cyclical activities to include: Goal Setting: Talent Review; Succession Planning; Year-End & Comp Planning; Engagement Survey; Etc.
Partner with the Business to understand and advocate HR requirements to contribute to the development and evolution of the People Experience culture.
Use Business acumen, HR expertise, and local knowledge to proactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions working across HR Service Delivery, and HR/Talent COEs to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutions.
Cultivate and support a culture of inclusion which celebrates our team's and team member's diversity that promotes a sense of belonging and value where every voice is heard.
Lead ad hoc HR projects impacting Business results and experience moments. Manage complex employee relations issues or situations.
Consult, advise, and coach Business stakeholders.
Support transition, expansion and stabilization of new business with particular focus on new team member experience.
