About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Business Partner to help shape and execute our Human Capital Strategy. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to deliver impactful people solutions that drive performance, support growth, and strengthen our culture.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic HR guidance across a range of areas including organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, and change management. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to deliver HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Provide expert guidance in areas such as organizational design, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Coach leaders on team and organizational effectiveness, performance, morale, leadership, and others
- Lead and support change management initiatives that enhance team agility and capability.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions across talent, rewards, learning, and operations.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and practices.
- Apply business acumen to influence people strategies that support operational and strategic priorities.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience across HR disciplines.
- English proficiency at C1+ level or higher.
