Bill Gosling Outsourcing is currently looking for **Entry-Level Call Center Agents** to work based on our beautiful office in Costa Rica.

As a **Call Center Agent**, you will interact with customers on a daily basis, promptly responding to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.

**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- Provide customers with information about their products and/or services
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements, where applicable
- Update customer files with appropriate information ensuring regulatory, client specific, and corporate guidelines are followed
- Problem solve to find the best solution for each customer

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- English Proficiency of CEFR B2 / 85% or better
- Successful completion of high school education is preferred
