At **Virtual Staff LLC** we are looking for Employee relations specialists who are HR practitioners tasked with managing labor relations within an office environment. Their primary responsibilities include offering counseling services to employees, participating in the recruitment process, and conducting exit interviews.

**What we offer**:

- **$5 per hour, **as an initial hourly rate. (40 hrs per week)
- **$25 internet subsidy **after the 3rd month of employment.
- **Hourly rate increase based on merit **after 6 months of employment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Use surveys, interviews, and other studies to conduct research regarding human resource policies, compensation, and other employment issues. After analyzing the information, makes recommendations on changes.
- Offering counseling services to employees.
- Representing the company at virtual job fairs, and social media events.
- Conducts company focus discussions as needed for employee relations improvements
- Overseeing or facilitating new hire orientation
- Liaising between employees and management.
- Managing employee complaints
- Oversee and manage projects that promotes employee engagement
- Performs other related duties as assigned
**Required skills & Abilities**:

- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Project Management
- Complete work from home setup (Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps)
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in Employee Relations, Human Resources, or a related field required
- Four years of professional human resource administration, including two years in employee relations preferred OR it's equivalent through training, education, and other experience.

Pay: ₡3,276.00 - ₡3,931.00 per hour
