- We are looking for a Demand Planning Specialist with retail and eCommerce industry experience that has strong experience in demand planning and SQL to join our team_
- The Demand Planning Specialist is a key member of the Operations team. The position's focus is to drive the demand & inventory levels as a vector of communications between the Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Merchandising & Marketing teams, leading projects/squads, and guarantee the recurrent automation of processes._

**Job requirements**

**Expected Outcomes & Responsibilities**
- Be the owner of reports of forecast and inventory level within constantly improving plans in terms of visibility. Flow driver of inventory that needs data analysis advanced skills.
- KPI´s analytical lead ensures weekly reporting is shared within the company. Effective communication on multiple product launches, best sellers sales trends, and demand forecast including any risk to develop effective mitigation plans.
- Plan, propose, and follow up creation with the BI team of specific dashboards that will empower and provide the right information and tendencies about the inventory levels in all our 3PLs.
- Follow factory production lead times + national brands replenishment.
- Manage clearance strategy for high inventory products.

**Experience/ Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning is a must (from Retail companies is a plus) (from ideal fashion/apparel e-commerce is a plus).
- Strong experience in SQL, and Tableau is a must.
- Strong experience working with MS Excel (Formulas, pivot tables, databases) is a must.
- Upper-intermediate English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Experience in Google Docs is a must.
- Outstanding interpersonal, practical, goal-oriented, and analytical skills is a must.
- Experience working with marketing, merchandise, and technology teams simultaneously is a plus.
- Degree in administration, industrial engineering, or related areas is a plus.
