**Responsabilidades de Rol**

El oficial de Importaciones respalda la estrategia del sistema de compras. Analiza el sistema para identificar oportunidades de mejora. Capacita a los clientes internos para que usen los sistemas de compras.

Respalda el flujo completo del proceso de abastecimiento electrónico, incluida la capacitación de usuarios.

Entiende, mantiene y mejora la jerarquía de categorías.

Implementa y mantiene catálogos de compras mediante la coordinación con proveedores y gerentes de abastecimiento.

Participa en la realización de pruebas comparativas y la mejora de sistemas y procesos de compras.

Analiza el uso del abastecimiento electrónico y el catálogo, y ayuda al departamento de compras indirectas corporativas (CIP) a cumplir los objetivos de uso.

Coordina las actividades globales de abastecimiento electrónico y catálogos de todos los CIP.

Proporciona capacitación y respaldo, identifica problemas y los eleva al analista de sistemas de compras para todas las compras.

Comunica los cambios o problemas que corresponda a los administradores globales de mesa de ayuda y órdenes de compra.

Capacita y entrena a sus colegas, los gerentes de abastecimiento y los proveedores a nível global sobre el uso de los sistemas de compras correspondientes.

**Educación, Licencias, Certificaciones**

Titulo Universitario en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, comercio exterior o carrera afín, Maestría en Administración de Empresas es un plus.

**Experiência**

3 años de experiência en roles similares como buyer, o procurement analyst o tramites de importaciones, aduanas y comercio internacional liderando equipos.

**Licencia de Conducir para vehículo B1 -** **Deseable**

Conocimiento de WMS como SAP, ORACLE o Netsuite es un plus.

MS Office - Excel Intermedio

Ingles Intermedio Avanzado 75%
