**As SATG/IT Purchasing Lead **responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Consistently utilizes and applies financial, accounting, business and risk management strategies and concepts. Autonomously evaluates and analyzes financial information and business trends to develop reconciliations, variance explanations, risk assessments, and solutions.
- Provides financial advice, counseling, and recommendation that significantly influences the decision making process and direction of varying levels of business leaders including project leads, managers, operational business groups and factories.
- Independently develops financial budgets, plans, forecasts to further the development and achievement of business objectives.
- Evaluates cost and return on financial and investment decisions.
- Independently evaluates accounting and reporting and recommends solutions to ensure the integrity of external and internal reporting.
- Inadequacies in performance and erroneous decisions can lead to inefficient use of resources and loss of business.
- Plans, performs and schedules own work with general management direction.
- Assignments are delivered in the form of overall goals and expected results.
- This role will lead the shopping cart and PO processes for IT and SATG super groups with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- The analyst will work with partners both in operations and finance to validate budget availability, all statutory compliance issues (internal and external), and proper approval flows.
- Communication and partnership: Excellent written and verbal English Communication, able to communicate clearly and concisely. Proven good business partnership across different organizations and geographical location
- Influencing: Use data to influence decision making. Demonstrate ability to present confidently and concisely to partners and managers
- Problem Solving: Capacity to use logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions. Critical thinking skills
- Have passion and an aptitude for business processes and systems, be energized by new challenges such as learning new technical skills on the job, solving problems without clear or known answers and feel comfortable in dealing with a non-standardized and ambiguous environment).
- Willingness to operate in ambiguous environment; adapting both processes and deliverables

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting and/or prolonged course of study in a business or job related field.
- Advanced English level.
- Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Knowledge of FPnA processes and requirements.

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
