We’re looking for a D2D Collector Agent to be responsible for collections from Monifai’s customers. The role will be based in Costa Rica and sit in the Collections unit.

**Responsibilities**:

- Negotiate payment with customers and seek customers’ promises to pay.
- Visit customers both at home and at work.
- Maintain contact with the telephone collection team to design specific strategies.

Qualifications:

- 9th-grade Secondary School.
- 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Up-to-date motorcycle driver's license.
- Good cardinal orientation.
- Knowing the streets and areas of the GAM in CR.
- Ability to reconcile with customers.
