Overview

In this role as Corporate Risk Analyst, you will report directly to the Global Director, Corporate Risk Management. This role presents a unique opportunity to be part of an international corporate risk management department. This position supports the company’s property, casualty, and executive risk management programs as well as Huntsman’s enterprise risk management efforts.

Responsibilities & Job Functions- Generate, compile, and analyze exposure and loss data for insurance underwriting submissions and loss control purposes. Includes working internally with various departments and subsidiaries/divisions and externally with insurance brokers to collect and analyze this information.- Perform certain accounting related matters related to risk management including insurance reserve accounting, insurance related tax reporting and preparing insurance cost allocations- Assist other members of the corporate risk management department with lawsuit and incident report reviews, claims reporting and responses to internal and external inquiries. Includes working with Legal, HR, and other internal stakeholders in the coordination and execution of key claim processes.- Responsibility for corporate surety bonds, financial assurance mechanisms, and SOX controls- Obtain risk reports and claims data from insurers’ systems and prepare summary reporting as directed- Coordinate the issuance and tracking of certificates of insurance- Perform certain other administrative tasks such as intranet updates, total cost of risk calculations, external auditor interface, maintaining electronic files, arranging teleconference / web conference / video conference meetings, and preparing presentations- Provide overall assistance on special projects

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Risk Management, Business or Accounting/Finance- +3 years of experience in Risk Management, commercial insurance, and/or Accounting/Finance- Advanced English, both written and spoken- ARM, CRM or CPCU designations (or progress towards these designations) a plus- Proficient in Microsoft Office; high level skills with Excel and PowerPoint- Experience in a multinational corporate environment- Excellent time management and organizational skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent data management skills- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
