**BAT COSTA RICA** **IS LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNT PAYABLE SOX ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Senior

**FUNCTION**: GBS Finance

**LOCATION**:Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of the Finance department. In the new world of shared services, bridging the gap between service lines and Finance is key to modern business success. If your goal is to provide mentorship and support to team members about the controls related to the function to maintain and ensure the accurate execution of the AP processes, this position is for you

As a AP SoX Analyst for BASS Americas you will perform SoX and Non-SoX controls timely according to the RACM, ensure control environment into the AP process according to the company policy and procedures, prepare and review reports required for audits, share with the Team Leader/manager findings in the internal audits and define if mitigation process is needed, identify improvement opportunities in control environment and assess adequacy of the processes to validate compliance with company policy.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Tasks processed within SLA agreed with end markets.
- Issues are escalated following escalation process.
- Processes are adhered to RACM and Internal Controls.
- Achieved a high degree customer satisfaction at year end.
- Continuous improvement initiatives and quantify benefits once implemented.
- Trainings and development plans are reviewed constantly.
- Identify and evaluate possible risks and escalate them timely.
- Perform SoX and Non-SoX testing during different testing cycles,

**CRUCIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**

As an AP SoX Analyst, you will need to coordinate and plan activities by using time efficiently and understand responsibility and capable of making decisions.
- At least 1 year of experience in P2P processes
- MS Office - Medium level. MS PowerPoint - Medium level of knowledge.
- Medium knowledge in transactional platforms (ERP, SAP).
- Connect with peers, managers, and stakeholders effectively.
- Manage time and identify time constraints to be escalated for resolution.
- Able to assess risks when not completing tasks accurately or out of time.
- Technical Degree in accounting or finance background accounting or business administration
- B2 English level.
