**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**:Finance

**LOCATION**:Heredia, CR

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**: Team leader.

**Geographic Scope**: United States of America

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Constantly look for diverse angles and perspectives to mitigate operational risk but also deliver process optimization
- (Most critical accountability - _will be used when advertising)_
- Ability to prioritize and adapt to client needs.
- Maintains focus on customer service.
- Has strong analytical and process skills
- Work independently and autonomously, whilst effectively managing multiple tasks.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Are you proficient in English?
- Are you skilled with MS Excel?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Graduate or Student in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
- 1-2 years of functional administration, accounting, or finance experience
- Good written and verbal English communication skills required
- Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills - written/verbal, internal/external
- Strong ability to take initiative and self-start when necessary
- Proven ability to work successfully in an ambiguous environment
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload

**BENEFICIAL**
- Experience in finance, accounting
- High attention to detail, Has strong analytical and process skills
- SAP system knowledge desirable.
- Coupa knowledge is a plus
