**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

**Reports to**:Team Manager

**Geographic Scope**:United States

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Communicate with suppliers and requisitions regarding purchase order information to resolve invoicing issues to ensure timely payment.
- Purchase Order creation, closing, and other modifications in SAP (delivery dates, price, quantities).
- Coordinate vendor data updates with the Master Data team.
- Metric report creation in Excel.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- DO you have experience in Procurement Support, Accounts Payable?
- Are you fluent in English?
- Are you skilled with SAP and Microsoft Office?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- Advanced English level
- Proficient computer skills specifically SAP and Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain smooth, cooperative working relationships.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and appropriate attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, energetic, flexible, and adaptable to change.
