REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - IMMEDIATE START DATE

About the Position: As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure our guests enjoy a seamless car rental experience. With our rapid growth, we require talented individuals to meet the increasing demand and capitalize on every opportunity. Day in and day out, you will engage with customers, providing service information, addressing their concerns, and fostering loyalty to ensure long-term client retention. You will join a dedicated team committed to revolutionizing the market, aiming for outstanding service standards and high customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming calls efficiently and professionally
- Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure their satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using appropriate tools and methods
- Handle customer complaints promptly, offering suitable solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file necessary documents
- Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Monitor and manage our online ordering system to ensure accurate and detail-oriented handling of incoming orders

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Demonstrated experience in customer support
- Possess a personal computer and a mobile phone connected online at all times
- Strong phone skills and active listening abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet browsing
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to adapt and respond to various customer personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay and Benefits:

- Performance-based bonus pay opportunities
- Salary up to $750 / month USD based on skills and experience
- Flexible working hours, including on-call availability where work may not be required but employee availability is needed during scheduled on-call hours
