**BAT COSTA RICA IS LOOKING FOR A PROCURE TO PAY ANALYST**

**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**: Finance

**LOCATION**:Heredia, Costa Rica

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

This role is part of GBS Finance. The role is responsible for processing invoices into SAP, providing best in class customer service to internal and external customers, and collaborate actively in process improvements.

**Reports to**:Procure to Pay Team Lead

**Reporting Level**:Non-management

**Geographic Scope**:US

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Processing invoices, credit notes into the appropriate systems and within the agreed time.
- Liaise with relevant parties (buyers, requestors, and suppliers, etc.) to resolve critical issues preventing invoices to be processed.
- Maintains documentation to support Accounts Payable transactions that facilitates the efficient review and audit of books and records.
- Comply with all internal control procedures.
- Recommend operational improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance function in matrixed international company
- Intermediate to Advanced English Level.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (specially MS Excel)
- Hands on, organized and detail oriented
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Address ad-hoc requests in a timely, accurate and professional manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
