**SENIORITY LEVEL**:Non-management

**FUNCTION**:GBS

**LOCATION**:Heredia, CR

**ROLE PROFILE**

**Reports to**: Team leader.

**Geographic Scope**: Brazil region.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Tasks processed within SLA agreed with end markets.
- Important metrics are met and differences are handled efficiently.
- Issues are escalated following customer concern process.
- Processes are adhered to RACM and Internal Controls.
- Achieved a high degree customer happiness at year end.
- Continuous Improvement initiatives and quantify benefits once implemented.
- Trainings and development plans are reviewed constantly.
- Review performance and objectives twice a year to develop your business and leadership capabilities.

**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**
- Are you Proficient in Portuguese?
- Are you skilled with MS Excel?

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- At least 1 year of experience in R2R processes as Tax or General Ledger (Brazil tax expertise desirable)
- Knowledge of tax compliance
- Experience in ICMS, IPI, II, PIS, COFFINS, ISS.
- Prioritize and give visibility on the workload in each time - any coordination to distribute tasks within the team must be reviewed with your team leader.
- Analysis provided with accuracy and insights.
- Aware of potential impacts on not completing tasks on time.
- Negotiate and propose new deadlines aligned with expectations.
- Portuguese (speak and write fluently);
- English - at least B2.

- ERP system knowledge desirable.
- SAP knowledge is a plus
