3+ years relevant experience in business analysis - 3+ years experience with AWS QuickSight, SQL, ETL and/or Excel - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders - 3+ years of experience working on projects involving multiple stakeholders. - 3+ years of demonstrated proficiency analyzing data, creating dashboard and business reports using AWS QuickSight. - Proven experience writing scripts using AWS QuickSight, SQL, extracting and analyzing the data to provide precise reports to stakeholders. - Demonstrated ability to consistently maintain a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information. - Proven superb customer service to the leadership team and other key stakeholders - Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills - Proven ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives. Job summary Business Analysts are responsible for converting data into actionable business insights. They are analysis experts who leverage a variety of data platforms and analytical tools to provide timely, meaningful, and consumable information. They build deep contextual and domain knowledge. A Business Analyst for our team will synthesize data into tangible and actionable insights. They will understand the business needs beyond data reporting, and use data to solve the root cause of business issues. They will be a thought-leader and a solution-oriented individual contributor.
