**Requirements**:
- Significant experience as a business analyst in Agile working environment.
- Collaborate with team members, peers, product owner and stakeholders to gather and convert requirements into user stories for technology team
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
- Ability to articulate ideas and viewpoints to peers, leadership, and senior management
- Demonstrate expertise in information systems and industry best practices
- Identify risks and recommend solutions to process improvements through business and system analysis
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions
- Support and align initiatives to meet changing customer and business needs
- Work with delivery team and deliver value to customer through iterative process
- Ability to adapt to competing priorities and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage multiple initiatives and come up with test scenarios
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills

RPA background (UiPath knowledge a plus)
