**IT BUSINESS ANALYST (CHILE/COLOMBIA/MEXICO)**

The IT Business Analyst (Logistics) will focus on gathering and interpreting data, gathering, and documenting business requirements, defining and documenting processes (process flows/swim lanes), and standardization of data and processes. This person will resolve transaction/data/process discrepancies and help to determine opportunities to automate, streamline, and standardize data and or processes. The role includes gathering business requirements, documenting, and platform/technology to create functional specs for use in building a technical solution.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Fulfill with existing good practices and standard norms regarding the design of functional systems solutions, always following the company's policies, as well as the rules of segregation of functions and international financial and accounting standards.
- High degree of skill in the realization of documentation of functional specifications.
- Execute projects and initiatives in full compliance with defined processes and controls.
- Support in the monthly closures of the OpCos in the finance process prior coordination with their supervisor in charge.
- Support in the schedules to be agreed in the support process for monthly closings.
- Solve and diagnose problems.
- Contributes to completing milestones associated with specific projects.
- Gather and analyze and interpret data.
- Find patterns and trends in the analyzed data, track and reconcile data.
- Support management and other teams achieve business goals and needs.
- Formulate documentation and submit reports to the relevant department heads and management.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs, gather requirements.
- Document requirements as governed by the PMO.
- Identify risks, define mitigation plan.
- Define project objectives and scope.
- Create functional specs based on requirements gathering.
- Track and report on output of QA business functionality scripts.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to identify, analyze, understand, and prioritize activities by business value and urgency.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor in Business Administrator with emphasis in Accounting - Finance / Public Accountant / Industrial Engineer (one of all).
- Minimum 4 years of experience, participating in projects in the area of systems,
- Microsoft Dynamics AX, 2012, 365, also possible experience in more than one of the areas or
- Management of Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Optional or Plus, package management (Power BI, RPA, Project)
- Understand development methodologies such as SCRUM and Agile.

**SKILLS**
Advanced communication skills (written and verbal) in Spanish
- Communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
- Ability to raise requirements, advise and support the internal client in the needs that arise.
- Ability to create documents of functional specifications and requirements, in a functional language

suitable for a technical department.
- Ability to work independently or self-directed.
- Project management skills and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Modify and execute complex

project plans and participate in plan implementation with little direction
- Project management skills.
- Ability to lead meetings related to the position or other topics with the ability to make notes and

follow-up.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to listen attentively and express ideas clearly and concisely
- Ability to give training and make yourself understood easily
- Must be able to create constructive and effective relationships with diplomacy and tact and respect

with co-workers and internal clients
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Conducts research on best practices and has the ability to properly document the solutions

created.
- Possesses the ability to communicate effectively with people at multiple levels, ability to organize,

conduct and document effective meetings.
- Possesses the ability to clearly communicate functional information, verbally and in the form of written documentation.
- Possesses the ability to recognize conflict situations and resolve them; Scale those that cannot be resolved.
