OTC Sales Controlling Analyst II

**Mission of the role**:
The Sales Controlling Analyst II will process chargebacks, discounts, promotion activities, rebates and others in SAP for Kimberly-Clark Professional (KCP), a division of Kimberly-Clark Corporation, that is focused on providing B2B solutions that help to make a positive impact on our customers.

**About the role**:

- Execute the pertinent actions (eg check that the data entered into the workflow are complete and allow processing the request without inconvenience) that allow to properly record the prices, promotions and agreements that are granted to customers for the existing commercial relationship, with this, avoid losses for the business due to incorrect imputations.
- C ontrol the movements in the accounting accounts by consulting the TA and TP accounts in the system in order to maintain accurate and updated information on the movements made.
- Report the records generated under the concept of credit note by price difference by consulting the system in order to have the right information for decision making.
- Control the provision generated by the TA-Rebates concept by consulting the system in order to verify that the registered information is reliable and complies with the established parameters.
- Coordinate with the different areas the flow of information necessary to enter the system promotions in the required periods in order to keep accurate and updated information of the movements made.
- Generate all the necessary reports for decision making, such as: Detail of TA and TP by client and by category, Analysis of the main clients and their investment of TA and TP, impact of credit notes by price difference, ect, in order to have the right information for decision making.
- Ensure compliance with internal control policies.
- Guarantee that all the activities of the position are oriented to satisfy the expectations of the client (internal -external).

**About you**:

- Advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance.
- 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- SAP and Excel knowledge.
- Intermediate-advanced English level.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to dialogue, problem solve and interact effectively at all levels.
- Team work oriented.
- Excellent customer service.
- Solid understanding of accounting and relevant controls framework.
