YOUR OPPORTUNITYThe OTC Cash Application Analyst, reports directly to the OTC Cash Application Supervisor in support of its mission to leverage resources on a global scale through the use of shared services to reduce costs, maintain or increase customer service, and build new capabilities. Responsibilities include the delivery of Best In Class OTC processes in accordance with negotiated Service Level Agreements.ABOUT YOUMust have excellent critical thinking skills and time-management skills to complete duties accurately and in accordance with established deadlines; and a proven ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks with the ability to “change gears” frequently & work independently with a strong attention to detail.**Responsibilities**:
- WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE- Process daily cash receipts, unapplied cash and prepaid cash accounts.
- Utilizes critical thinking to research reasons for discrepancies and/or inability to post payment. Applies payments in exception and process account adjustments and customer payment discrepancies.
- Ensure proper reconciliation of the Cash Accounts during and at the end of the month
- Prepare requests to refund customer as appropriate
- Provided to the audit all information requested.
