We're looking for a talented Quantitative Insights Professional to join our Institutional Clients team at Citi. As an FP&A Intermediate Analyst, you'll play a critical role in delivering high-end quantitative insights by understanding the interrelatedness of all aspects influencing performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering, with at least 3 years of Planning & Analysis experience. They'll possess demonstrated analytical skills, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools.

This is a full-time opportunity that requires strong project management skills, ability to prioritize and organize work as needed, and collaboration within a team and across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct various ad-hoc analyses and strategically address issues
  • Assist in the Annual Planning and periodic forecasting processes
  • Review monthly results against Plan Estimates
  • Provide regular monitoring of key business drivers
  • Support Product and Front Office Teams in explaining financial performance

Required Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering
  • At least 3 years of Planning & Analysis experience
  • Demonstrated analytical skills
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
