About the Role

This KYC Client Executive Analyst position plays a critical role in the Institutional Clients Group, ensuring seamless compliance and control processes. As an experienced professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely completion of KYC records, preparing client-specific analysis, and managing documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and manage KYC records within assigned portfolios to ensure timely completion and adherence to regulations.
  • Client Analysis: Prepare detailed client analysis reports to support informed decision-making.
  • Documentation Management: Collaborate with the ICG KYC Operations Department to assess and implement documentation requirements for entities and jurisdictions.
  • Client Engagement: Interact with clients to obtain necessary information and documentation, fostering strong relationships and trust.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the ICG KYC Operations team to ensure seamless onboarding processes and reduced touchpoints.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
