If you have a strong desire to learn, possess intellectual curiosity, grounded on knowledge in Financial Analysis, Economics and Banking, this opportunity will uniquely position you to continue learning about the business, the industry and its macroeconomic environment.
You will develop skills to identify and evaluate key elements, multiple dimensions and diverse perspectives influencing performance (financial and non-financial).
In time, you will develop an expertise in understanding the interrelatedness of all these aspects to deliver high-end quantitative/qualitative insights.
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the Annual Planning and periodic forecasting processes, and review monthly results against Plan Estimates
- Provide regular monitoring of key business drivers (i.e.
Deposits, Loans, Spreads) to articulate clear and concise explanations of business and financial performance
- Support Product and Front Office Teams in explaining financial performance of P&L, and Balance Sheet on a monthly basis, and review against forward looking targets (Annual, Mid-Year or shorter cycles)
- Partner with the FP&A On shore team in the creation of Financial performance decks that are ultimately delivered to the country business teams or to Regional Finance Teams for consolidation purposes.
- Conduct various ad hoc analyses and strategically address issues that are complementary to the regular Planning and Analysis processes

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in Finance, Business Administration or Engineering with at least 3 years of Planning & Analysis experience (experience in financial services preferred)
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of financial, analytical, and reporting tools
- Keen interest in business and economic environment.
This position will be working primarily with Mexico Finance Team, thus general knowledge about current affairs in Mexico will be a key differentiator
- Advanced English Required

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
