We are seeking a seasoned Finance Services Team Leader to join our team in Heredia, Costa Rica. The successful candidate will oversee the coordination of an Accounting Team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor spending and allocation in accounting accounts
• Analyze balance sheet accounts of assigned clients and the team BSR
• Promote continuous improvements and standardization of processes
• Develop team capabilities and promote formal training
• Financial support of assigned clients and those of the team

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a similar position in a corporate environment
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Fluency in English language
• Knowledge of accounting systems (preferably PeopleSoft)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
