As a SysOps Manager, you will be leading the team responsible for maintaining, upgrading, and managing critical business infrastructure for the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage SysOps team staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Performance planning and career development for team staff.
- Direct the team, setting priorities, coordinating, and reporting activities.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience working in IT Operations.
- 3+ Years' experience leading teams
- Excellent project management skills and a strong ability to prioritize
- Good knowledge and experience working with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban)
- Proven experience in Cloud Computing Technologies, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification.
- Strong communication skills to oversee personnel and foster collaboration with other organizational departments.
