**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Senior Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team at Boston Scientific Corporation. The successful candidate will have a strong background in credit and collections, with a focus on process improvement.
**Responsibilities Include:**
- Analyzing and processing requests for employee system & license access
- Creating and maintaining strategies and templates within collections tools
- Managing and updating core training materials for administrators, Credit & Collections teams, and sales & services users
- Creating routine reports and analytics to support monthly operational scorecards
- Liaising with external vendors & BSC IT organization for system-related issues as necessary
**Requirements:**
- At least 5 years of related business experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Quick learner and able to engage well with internal customers
