About the Job

The Analyst, A/P OPEX will play a key role in ensuring operational cost invoices are processed and validated timely and accurately. This role will involve collaborating with procurement, accounting teams, and the wider business to validate vendor invoices and correctly allocate costing.

Responsibilities

  • Process and validate operational cost invoices in a timely and accurate manner. ">
  • Collaborate with procurement, accounting teams, and the wider business to ensure accurate costing. ">
  • Resolve discrepancies between PO and vendor invoices. ">
  • Verify subcontractor pay requests and material invoices for over billing. ">
  • Verify sales taxes on vendor invoices and report multi-jurisdictional sales and use taxes. ">
  • Maintain AP OPEX shared mailbox and respond promptly to customer inquiries. ">
  • Provide problem and invoice resolution assistance to vendors and internal personnel. ">
  • Reconcile vendor statements and identify corrective actions. ">
  • File end-of-month payable reports and validate completion of purchase orders. ">
  • Communicate efficiently with business partners, team members, and Management. ">

Requirements

  • Degree-level or equivalent qualification. ">
  • 1-2 years' experience in Account Payable. ">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ">
  • Excellent communication skills. ">
  • Innovative and adaptable in a changing environment. ">
  • International experience is desirable. ">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and willing to learn new technologies. ">
