The scope of our work includes base build construction, progressive build, tool installation, and site infrastructure development. We are looking for talented individuals who can innovate and create an impact in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering base build construction projects using multiple delivery strategies
- Ensuring compliance with Construction Management Practices and adhering to standard operating procedures
- Interacting with internal stakeholders, resource planning, and providing direction to project teams
You will have the opportunity to work on projects that involve various disciplines, including mechanical, process, electrical, architectural, cleanroom, IT, life safety, and instrumentation and controls. A strong understanding of project contracts, budget development, and change management is essential for success in this role.
To excel in this position, you must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in project construction management, including contract management, schedule and budget development, and change control
- Advanced English language skills and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE A MASTER'S DEGREE IN CIVIL, MECHANICAL, OR ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING OR A RELATED FIELD, 4+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND A PROJECT MANAGER PROFESSIONAL (PMP) CERTIFICATION.
