Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Sr. Product Support Engineer to join our growing Customer Care Organization. As a key member of our team, you will provide world-class post-sales technical support directly to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Design and implement solutions to meet customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or related field
  • Strong understanding of networking and security concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
