Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales enablement professional to join our team as a BDR SDR Onboarding Program Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a global onboarding program for BDRs & SDRs, focusing on sales skills and tools while ensuring consistency in training across regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop a Global Onboarding Program: Design and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for BDRs & SDRs, including workshops, roleplays, and interactive sessions to enhance their skills in prospecting, lead qualification, and effective communication.
- Workshops and Facilitation: Provide hands-on coaching to new and existing BDRs & SDRs, conducting workshops, roleplays, and interactive sessions to foster a collaborative learning environment.
- Individual and Group Coaching: Tailor coaching sessions to the individual needs of BDRs & SDRs while leading group coaching sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted coaching strategies.
- Performance Analysis: Continually analyze and assess performance metrics and trends, influencing the overall program strategy.
- Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve coaching programs and implement ongoing training initiatives to keep the BDR & SDR team up-to-date on the latest techniques.
