Description:
This role requires a clinical advisor to work closely with the dental team, providing expertise and support in clinical treatment predictability and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry and excellent leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality treatment plans based on internal clinical standards and provide feedback to technicians.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and direct consultation to the OTP, CAD, and LFO teams.
- Work closely with setup technicians, leaders, training, and quality teams to identify and address team needs.
- Create clinical content and generate reports as needed.
- Conduct team meetings and huddles to ensure KPI compliance.
- Develop projects to meet the company's clinical support needs.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clinical escalation and clarification of doubts.
- Stay up-to-date on internal work processes, policies, and procedures.
- Promote company values and maintain production metrics.
Education and Experience:
A bachelor's degree in general dentistry (general dentist) and a minimum of 3 years of industry experience are required.
Required Qualifications:
- A highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
- B1 English level or higher.
- Ability to work well under pressure and follow through on tasks.
- Multitasking and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Schedule flexibility.
Physical Demands:
The ability to use hands, reach with hands and arms, see, listen, and speak is required.
Work Environment:
This role is performed in an open office setting, primarily in a sedentary position.
