**Overview**
We are seeking a skilled Gam Benefit And Retirement Specialist to join our team at Intel. In this role, you will be responsible for managing benefits and retirement programs for employees in the US, Canada, and Latin America regions.
You will work closely with program offices to design and implement programs that meet customer needs, identify trends, and improve content and processes. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.
**Requirements**
We require a minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer support. You must have advanced English language skills, both oral and written. Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge is also necessary, particularly in using VLOOKUP and formulas.
Additionally, you must have a permanent, unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica. Preferred qualifications include proven knowledge and experience in automation (RPA, RDA, Macros), experience in benefits and retirement programs, business process management, and quality experience.
