Data Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Management Specialist to join our team at Experian. As a key member of our data management department, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our data furnishers to enhance and maintain the quality of their reported data.
In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for improved data management. You will translate business needs into analytics/reporting requirements and implement effective data management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide education on best practices in data reporting to our data furnishers.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH HIGH-PROFILE CLIENTS BY PROVIDING THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
- Develop and deliver sales and consulting pitches on RentBureau Rent Data Furnishing & Onboarding.
- Navigate a complex business environment and work with key stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, and Data management to support data reporting quality.
- Evaluate and interpret data furnisher requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Have a sales-oriented mindset for acquiring new furnishers/data and have growth targets as part of annual objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on analyzing results and translating into relevant presentations for diverse audiences.
- 2-4 years of experience in client support.
- Works under minimal direct supervision.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent self-learning skills.
- Must be proactive and a self-starter.
- Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of the Credit Reporting Resource Guide.
- Good understanding of the full life cycle of data reporting.
- Critical thinking with the ability to identify and relate business problems to data quality issues and vice versa.
- Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Our estimated salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, life, and dental insurance, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
