About the Role:

Data Management Specialist sought by Experian to join the Commercial Relations team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent English written and oral communications skills, and 3+ years of related work experience in data entry or dispute management roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Taking inbound phone calls from business owners disputing information on their business credit report.
  2. Researching and resolving disputes.
  3. Manual data updates via data maintenance tool.
  4. Maintaining data file quality and currency.
  5. Analyzing new data for accuracy and compliance.
  6. Gathering data for tracking business disputes.
  7. Communicating interim status and final disposition of disputes to the requestor.
  8. Maintaining a log of open and closed disputes.
  9. Assisting with internal research requests and report updates.
  10. Assisting in the preparation of documentation needed by the legal department as required.
  11. Educating businesses on the dispute resolution process and the information on their business credit report.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma and/or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Excellent English written and oral communications skills (B2+, C1 level).
  • 3+ years of related work experience: data entry, dispute management roles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced organizational skills.
  • Strong PC/internet skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers.
  • Ability to clear the company's pre-employment screening.
