We are looking for an experienced training specialist who can produce creative, engaging, and inspiring training materials that support our strategy of building a diverse, high-performing organization. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years' experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in adult learning concepts and principles.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality training materials that align with our strategic goals
- Collaborate with compliance experts to ensure regulatory requirements are met
- Partner with stakeholders across the enterprise to contribute to the success of our learning and talent programs
- Design training solutions using sound instructional design principles and methodologies
- Consult on appropriate training solutions regarding industry trends, regulatory developments, and talent initiatives
Requirements:
- At least 4 years' experience in Learning and Development
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English
- Knowledge of adult learning concepts and principles
- Command of MS Office Suite, with emphasis on PowerPoint
- Experience working within a culturally diverse organization
