**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the daily operations of the farm, including managing the Farm Team and machinery.
  • Develop and implement commercial and sales strategies across Europe, the US, and local markets.
  • Monitor compliance with internal controls and ensure all colleagues follow health and safety regulations and safe working practices aligned with Keelings standards.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a Director or similar executive role in the agriculture industry, managing a team.
  • Strong background in machinery maintenance, financial planning, and budgeting.
  • Excellent analytical ability, organizational skills, and communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely at all levels of the Company.
  • Fluent Spanish and English (essential). Portuguese and French (desirable).
