As a Senior Project Director, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects worldwide, coordinating high-performing teams and driving projects to closure while gaining industry knowledge. You will be responsible for managing professional services, product development, or infrastructure projects, including business process transformation, business performance improvement, corporate compliance, risk management, governance, sourcing advisory, software development lifecycle, or technology implementation.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

  • Manage projects from end to end, from project definition until closure, following PMI/Agile best practices.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and take ownership of process improvement related to project management procedures.
  • Participate in initiatives to increase business acumen into the role, including understanding Fiserv's business, products, and services.

**Basic Qualifications:**

  • 6+ years of IT project management experience driving projects from initiation to closure.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or 6+ years of experience in related areas.
  • Experience in implementing products with external customers in other geographies.
  • Experience managing premium clients (Financial Institutions).
  • Ability to handle several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal/written English communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience on projects of high complexity.
  • Advanced English Level (90% or C1 equivalent).
