As Hotel Director, you will oversee all operational, human resources, and sales marketing activities at Infotree Global Solutions. Your primary responsibility is to plan, implement, manage, and monitor the success of our boutique hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to increase revenue and reduce expenses
- Lead a team of professionals in operations, human resources, and sales marketing
- Proactively identify gaps and challenges, and develop solutions to overcome them
- Analyze performance data to optimize business processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in management roles within the high-end tourism industry
- University degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field
- Advanced English language skills
Compensation Package:

- Salary: $1,800,000 - $2,000,000 per month (negotiable)
- Job Type: Full-time, indefinite contract
